For the Club’s final meeting of the year we’re pulling out all the stops. We have a fantastic speaker from WILLIAMS MARTINI RACING thanks to our new partner, Thomson Reuters’ 15 year relationship with the team. A great panel session. A popular topic – mobility - and we’re launching the Club cocktail too.
As ever we’re expecting a vibrant discussion and some challenging opinions to be shared. Our quarterly theme is Mobility, and here’s just one opinion (voiced at the last CIO Dinner) that sparked our focus on the topic : “BYOD? We’re actively investing to prevent it from ever happening“. Whether you agree or disagree, join us to share your ideas and opinions with your peers.

This time the Club’s central theme of “innovation” is addressed by a WILLIAMS MARTINI RACING’s Chief Performance & Operations Engineer, Jakob Andreasen. We’ll be interviewing Jakob at the beginning of the evening to hear more about innovation within F1 and the role of IT in driving performance and competitiveness.
The Club’s quarterly theme is Mobility. Picking up on the output from the CIO Dinner on 14th October we’ll be posing challenging questions to a panel of luminaries to explore the impact of greater workforce mobility on security and software licensing.
As ever, we’ll also be giving you a chance to pose your questions to our speakers and to voice your own views via short video interviews.
The Ignite Innovation evening attracts CIOs, IT Directors and other IT leaders from a broad range of industries including Financial Services, Retail, Media and Insurance. The combination of common seniority with a mix of industries is one of the most valuable aspects of the Club. It provides a great platform for cross-pollination of ideas from sector-to-sector.
Every quarter we aim to deliver a slight spin on past Club evenings. We always keep the best bits (keynote interview, panel Q&A, video interviews) whilst introducing something new. This time we’re introducing a few new elements including the Club cocktail. It’ll also be the first time our new Partner, Thomson Reuters, will be joining us alongside the Club’s Founding Partner, Logicalis.
